As a result of the vote, the Dash/Encointer foundation is out of money.

If someone does not tip to the Dash/Encointer address, in order for the wallet to have 1 Dash in its vault, no other Dash/Encointer proposal will ever appear because the proposal fee is 1 dash.

The most voted number ( ZERO ) is less that 50% BUT we have not 1 Dash in our wallet, so we cannot pay the proposal fee to claim the dividend.

The election method in Dash uses the 10% Net Votes, and we had only 6.87%

So we failed.

The vote is still active for another 6 months.
